Has my order shipped?
  Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. Within 2-4 business days, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been shipped.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us.  Orders cancelled after they have been shipped will incur a restocking fee of 15% and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charge incurred
How do I track my order?

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which are out of stock due to high demand.  New inventory will take up to 60 days, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
